So I have been successful in maintaining two full days of my new healthy regime! As Stanley Yelnats gets told in the movie Holes, "The second day is always the hardest," so I'm happy to say that I haven't caved yet!Food Log
Breakfast: 1 bowl of Bran Flakes with 1 small banana and soy milk
Lunch: 1 onion and 1 zucchini stir-fried with soya sauce
Snack: 1 kiwi
Dinner: 3 small scrambled eggs with a handful of peanuts
Exercise
2 x 30min walk
2 stretching episodes

I am on the fence on whether or not it would be ok to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and have one for dessert every one in a while; my roommate made them and they look delicious, and healthy too if you can get the right recipe!
